Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for operations and technology roles, from hiring-manager briefing through offer coordination.
- Build relevant candidate pipelines, coordinate structured interviews and maintain timely, respectful candidate communication.
- Keep applicant records accurate and use hiring data to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate experience.
Requirements
- Two or more years in end-to-end recruitment, ideally supporting customer operations or technology hiring.
- Strong interviewing, scheduling and stakeholder-management skills, with professional English communication.
- Experience with applicant-tracking systems and a careful approach to candidate privacy and record keeping.
