Responsibilities
- Maintain reliable cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines for operations platforms used across multiple regions.
- Improve monitoring, alerting and recovery procedures, and lead blameless reviews following service incidents.
- Work with engineering teams on capacity planning, security updates and repeatable infrastructure changes.
Requirements
- Four or more years in platform engineering, site reliability or production infrastructure operations.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Linux, infrastructure as code and monitoring systems; PostgreSQL operations experience is valuable.
- Strong incident-response judgement and willingness to join an agreed on-call rota with the London technology team.
