Salary Range₱60,000.00 – ₱85,000.00 / Month
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain service-performance dashboards covering customer operations, review queues and workforce capacity.
- Investigate changes in operational metrics and explain findings through clear reports and practical recommendations.
- Partner with data engineering and business teams to document metric definitions and improve source-data quality.
Requirements
- Two or more years in data analysis, business intelligence or operations reporting.
- Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills, plus hands-on experience with a business-intelligence tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to communicate analysis to non-technical colleagues and commit to a 12-month position in Manila.
