Salary RangeMYR 5,500.00 – MYR 8,000.00 / Month
Responsibilities
- Review customer identification and onboarding documents against approved client policies and record evidence for each decision.
- Investigate document inconsistencies, complete enhanced review checklists and escalate cases outside delegated authority.
- Maintain accurate review queues and work with quality assurance to improve decision consistency and turnaround times.
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in identity verification, onboarding operations or compliance support.
- Careful document analysis, strong written English and the ability to explain decisions without exposing sensitive customer information.
- Comfort working with case-management tools, defined review procedures and changing client requirements.
