Salary Range£65,000.00 – £85,000.00 / Year
Responsibilities
- Own the operational control framework for client review programmes, including procedures, quality checks and issue remediation.
- Translate approved compliance requirements into clear workflows and coordinate delivery across the London, Kuala Lumpur and Manila teams.
- Lead control reviews, maintain evidence for client assurance requests and report material risks to senior management.
Requirements
- Five or more years in compliance or risk operations, including responsibility for team delivery and operational controls.
- Experience managing customer due-diligence workflows, assurance reviews and cross-functional remediation plans.
- Strong stakeholder communication and the ability to lead distributed teams from the London office.
